Final Completion & Public Opening

The final stage included finishing works, safety checks, and accessibility features like ramps and tactile paths for differently-abled visitors. River-edge decks, viewing bridges, and relaxation lawns were polished for public use. Security systems, CCTV monitoring, and smart lighting controls were installed. With a grand opening event, RiverEdge Landscape Zone became a landmark for recreation, ecology, and community wellness.

Community Facilities & Artistic Installations

This milestone focused on creating gathering areas such as children’s play zones, picnic lawns, and community gardens. Artistic sculptures, murals, and cultural design elements were added to reflect the region’s heritage. Food courts, restrooms, and rental kiosks for bicycles and boats were developed to support leisure activities. Landscaping reached maturity with seasonal plants and curated green belts.

Public Spaces & Green Infrastructure

Major landscaping works were undertaken, with the creation of jogging tracks, cycle lanes, and shaded seating areas. Small amphitheaters, fountains, and viewing decks were integrated along the riverside to encourage recreational use. A water recycling plant was installed to sustain irrigation. Lighting poles, solar benches, and rest kiosks were constructed to enhance the visitor experience while maintaining energy efficiency.

Groundworks & Riverside Protection

Foundational work focused on strengthening the riverbanks with eco-friendly embankments, retaining walls, and water drainage systems. Flood control measures were introduced to safeguard future visitors. Pathways and underground utilities such as lighting and irrigation lines were laid. The initial planting of native trees and shrubs began, creating the base for long-term greenery. Seating zones and community spaces were marked for development.

The RiverEdge Landscape Zone began with a vision to transform a riverside stretch into a recreational and ecological hub. Environmental studies were carried out to ensure minimal ecological disruption, focusing on soil stability and water flow patterns. Design approvals were secured for walking trails, open-air plazas, cycling paths, and biodiversity zones. Initial site clearance and boundary demarcation ensured the area was ready for sustainable development.
