October 2022
Groundbreaking Ceremony & Site Preparation
he project officially began with a formal groundbreaking ceremony attended by key stakeholders, local authorities, and project partners. This milestone marked the transition from planning to execution. Site surveys, geotechnical analysis, and environmental assessments were carried out to ensure the location met all regulatory requirements. Heavy machinery was brought in to clear the land, level the surface, and prepare it for structural work. During this phase, construction teams also set up safety barriers, on-site offices, and storage facilities for materials and equipment.

Foundation Laying & Structural Planning
After the initial preparation, teams began pouring concrete and installing reinforcements for the building’s foundation. This phase was critical to ensure long-term structural integrity and safety. Engineers conducted repeated testing of materials to meet seismic standards. In parallel, architects and structural consultants finalized blueprints for load-bearing walls, utility shafts, and drainage systems. On-site teams coordinated the underground piping for plumbing and electrical conduits.

Structural Framing & Core Construction
With the foundation cured and ready, construction crews moved into the framing stage. Steel beams, columns, and floor slabs were erected level by level, giving the project its first visible form. Internal core elements such as elevator shafts, fire escape stairwells, and duct channels were built simultaneously to align with safety regulations. The project management team implemented daily progress tracking and real-time reporting systems to monitor build quality, manage subcontractors, and resolve issues quickly.

Exterior Walls & Roofing Installation
This phase brought a dramatic change to the building’s appearance as the exterior walls, insulation panels, and windows were installed. Roofing materials were layered for maximum durability and weather protection. Aesthetic design elements like facade cladding and balcony frames were added to reflect the architectural vision. Engineers integrated sustainable materials and smart technologies, including solar-ready roofing and rainwater harvesting features. With the building now enclosed, interior works like wiring, plumbing, and ducting were accelerated in a controlled environment.
August 2023
Facade Completion & Interior Development Begins
The exterior of the building was completed with sleek glass panels and modern finishes, giving it a professional and contemporary look. Inside, drywall partitions, ceilings, and flooring installation began. Specialized teams started fitting LED lighting systems, high-speed internet infrastructure, and centralized HVAC units. Amenities such as elevators, security systems, and smart building management platforms were configured. Simultaneously, outdoor landscaping took shape with pathways, green spaces, and parking areas.
