Project Milestones
December 2023
Interior Development & Finishing
The final stage focused on creating a sophisticated business environment with high-end finishes. Interior partitions, ceilings, and flooring were completed with contemporary designs to meet corporate workspace requirements. Smart building management systems were integrated, including automated lighting, climate control, and security monitoring. Public areas such as lobbies and conference zones received premium furnishing, while parking and landscaping were finalized. By the end of this stage, the tower was fully prepared for handover, offering a landmark destination for corporate excellence.

Structural Framing & Superstructure
With the foundation complete, construction teams shifted focus to vertical development, assembling the steel skeleton and casting reinforced concrete slabs level by level. Safety nets, scaffolding, and temporary access routes were installed to maintain safe operations at height. Concurrently, mechanical and fire safety systems were integrated into the building’s core, while engineers coordinated daily progress reports with subcontractors. This phase marked the moment when the tower’s corporate identity started becoming visible in the city skyline.

Structural Framing & Core Construction
With the foundation cured and ready, construction crews moved into the framing stage. Steel beams, columns, and floor slabs were erected level by level, giving the project its first visible form. Internal core elements such as elevator shafts, fire escape stairwells, and duct channels were built simultaneously to align with safety regulations. The project management team implemented daily progress tracking and real-time reporting systems to monitor build quality, manage subcontractors, and resolve issues quickly.

Foundation Laying & Core Planning
Deep piling and reinforcement works were executed to provide a strong foundation for the skyscraper’s structural load. Engineers conducted rigorous geotechnical testing and implemented seismic-resistant designs to guarantee safety in the long term. Alongside this, architects finalized blueprints for the tower’s central service core, which would house elevators, staircases, and utility shafts. Underground piping and conduits for electrical and plumbing systems were also laid, setting the groundwork for efficient internal infrastructure.
October 2022
Groundbreaking & Site Preparation
The project officially commenced with a landmark groundbreaking ceremony attended by city officials, investors, and local stakeholders. Teams began clearing the site, carrying out soil testing, and conducting environmental impact assessments to ensure the land was suitable for a high-rise corporate tower. Heavy equipment was mobilized to level the ground, create temporary access routes, and set up worker facilities.
